30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must include all original tags and packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved:

  • We will send you return instructions and a shipping label.
  • Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost Policy

If you are returning an item due to:

  • Size change
  • Change of mind
  • Style preference
  • Or any reason other than defect or our mistake
    👉 The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

 

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong item sent by us
  • Wrong size sent by us
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Torn or faulty item
    👉 Zervano will cover the return shipping cost.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Or incorrect
    👉 Contact us immediately at info@zervano.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is:

  • Return your original item first
  • Then place a new order separately once your return is approved

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
